I am attempting to renovation a $20k house on a very tight budget. Jon made sure to keep me in compliance while also having the integrity not to overcharge for aspects of the project that, with a little direction and sweat equity, I could "technically" do myself. They will assist you with the specialized and legally compliant aspects of a project so you don't have to research code yourself, then hire separate HVAC, electricians AND plumbers which requires a level of coordination that can become overwhelming when you are living in your own construction zone. I've called several contractors and subcontractors, getting estimates, quotes and was disappointed and frustrated on varying levels.
I was a union trained carpenter (Local 943) and am currently an OTR truck driver. I say all that to put into context the unique perspective that i have when evaluating the REAL VALUE of services provided! had professional quotes on the same scope of work that ranged from $4000-$16,000! (Many unaware that i even understood the scope of work that did and did NOT need to cost me thousands) I told Jon I was down to my last $10k to get residential tankless water and mini-split systems going and he helped me save thousands where I could and was thorough by researching my county's specific codes and told me where I specifically could NOT and code mandated licensed technician. THEN I could make informed decisions based on my budget. As my home project progresses I will absolutely be reaching out for projects I need support with in the future. TEN STARS!!!!
